How Can I Check If My EBT Card Has Been Shipped?

This is a free service from the U.S. Postal Service. It sends you daily emails showing what mail is arriving soon at your address. You can sign up online using your home and email address.
2. Look for a Tracking Number:
Some states offer tracking for replacement cards, or allow you to request it when you call the EBT customer service line. If tracking is available, you’ll get a USPS tracking number by text, email, or through your state’s benefits website.
3. Call Your State’s EBT Customer Service:

4. Watch Your Mail Closely:

How Long Does It Take to Get an EBT Card?

When Should You Request a Replacement Card?
